Arid Women Make Donation to WaterCooler
When I walked into the WaterCooler a few weeks back to donate my time painting and eating pizza I was greeted by the site of Cheryl Larabee and Alicia Ritter sitting comfortably in two horridly pink circa 1950’s.
While I thought it was odd I didn’t think too much about it. I was later informed with the back story and this great photo by Robert Deen.
Apparently Cheryl and Alicia commandeered these ugly old unique chairs and brought them to the WaterCooler. I imagine that some underlying resentment towards the old Arid Clubs policy to exclude women had something to do with this act of rebellion giving.
