It finally happened, twitter has been added to not just Bing searches, but to Google! Mashable has a great post on the announcements, separated by a few hours.

WaterCooler Announces Potential Grants For Earliest Stage Entrepreneurs

Mark Rivers, the founder of the WaterCooler, Boise's groundbreaking small business accelerator and creativity center, announced today that a new fund will be made available to help fuel the growth of emerging companies. Rivers has launched a $50,000 Prototype and Equipment Grant (PEG) Fund. With this initiative, new and growing WaterCooler resident businesses can receive funding help to build or research a technology, invention or piece of equipment.

Hot Off the Press - Boise Weekly Article Celebrates the Boise Tech Scene

Inovus Solar to Light Up Boise GreenTech Corridor

BOISE—One of Idaho’s fastest growing young companies is relocating to a site in an area of town targeted for green technology firms after “graduating” from the WaterCooler small business incubator with 23 full- and part-time employees.

Inovus Solar’s flagship SmartPole product line offers solar-powered utility lighting systems that can connect to the electric power grid or operate independently.

TechBoise July Wrap-up

Thanks to everyone that attended TechBoise last night. We had a lot of 'new blood'. We love that! A big thanks to Wirestone for sponsoring too. A good time was had by all.

We had some great discussion during our Idea Market (and yes, those discussions will be appearing on the site shortly). We'll group them by topic and hope that the discussions will continue.
