Moving On

This is one of the hardest choice I've ever had to make in my life.

If you haven't heard yet, I'm leaving HP and taking a job in Seattle.

I always knew that a time would come when I may have to make this choice but I never dwelt on it much. I chose instead to put my head down and work harder.

Startups Beget Startups

When I heard that Proclarity was being acquired by Microsfot 2 years ago I was really excited. Partly because it was a great company and a great group of guys that deserved the the recognition and reward that comes with an acquisition.

The main reason that I was excited about the acquisition was that startups beget more startups.

Starting and building a high growth company over several years is exhausting. It's mentally, physically, emotionally and financially exhausting. It's the entrepreneurial equivalent of trying to sprint a marathon.
