Here’s Mark Solon’s latest piece in the Statesman. People are going to start thinking that he’s a regular columnist not a VC. It’s a good read especially if you’re thinking about getting funding for your startup. Although I don’t know that I fully agree with his final statement. If you don’t like the deal, don’t do something you’ll regret a few months later. But make sure that you’re right, because you don’t always get a second chance.
