Nice primer - when I lived in Montana, Paul Larson wrote a handbook on the subject that I still have.
People can use these to know the right questions to ask their lawyers - but it's still wise to speak with one or more lawyers with expertise in your specific needs.) There are no shortage of great legal eagles here in SW Idaho, some of whom have posted here or other blogs.
