Open Invitation to Micron Engineers
I know there are a lot of Micron Engineers out there wondering, “What am I going to do?” (I know because I’ve talked to a couple of you already)
In the spirit of economic development, I would like to make an offer to any of you who have a business idea. I will gladly set up a private meeting for you with a group of people who can help you put your business plan together and get funding.
This invitation is open to you if you are currently employed or not or even those of you who aren’t at Micron. For some reason though I think some Micron people might be more motivated right now.

Indeed, Micron folks - Tac’s offer is the best one you’ll see out there. Let’s get you back in the game, people -
Is this the recently-announced free program at META (Ron Berning’s shop)?? They are more microbiz oriented, but I keep hearing good things.
Plenty of resources out there, that’s for sure (SCORE, etc.) Lots of folks who will help (heck, some might even fight over ya! LOL)
(Plus I wish CWI was up & running already…)
As a former Microner(ite?) myself, and along with my former Micron colleagues and partners, I promise you it can be done, its not that hard, and you vow to never wear a tie or a badge ever again and its a heck of a lot more fun. Once you catch the bug there’s no going back and you’ll look back and think ‘…boy that was the best thing to ever happen to me!’ Don’t be shy because there lots and lots of us out there who want to help.
From a former federal employee and an ex-employee of an enormous Swiss Pharma firm (talk about being treated like a King…), full “Ditto” to Jeff’s post.
…and I’m not so delicate as he is…the money can be a nice multiple, including in a micro!
