WaterCooler: almost full - almost open

It’s nearing completion. Despite zoning battles, red tape galore and personal significant investment, Mark Rivers is almost ready to open the WaterCooler.
Mark let me wander through the building last week with my camera (sorry I’m no photographer). He also walked me down the row of nearly completed offices. All but two of them are spoken for.
There will also be 10-12 cubicles for rent, about half of which are spoken for. In addition to the office space there will also be a conference room and a large meeting room which can be used for conferences, meetings, workshops and events.
If you’re interested in renting a space here you can contact Mark direct at mrivers (at) brixusa.com
I was hoping that the space would be open in time for our next TechBoise event but apparently the City and CCDC can’t agree on how the sidewalks should be done.
We’re still looking for an indoor space that will host 30-40 people (and is free of course), for this next Tuesday evening. Anyone got a space you want to volunteer? The popular option is to crash a local coffee shop, The Fixx or Thomas Hammer. This could make things a little cramped, but most of us don’t mind

Sidewalks? Seriously? Concrete or brick. They both work. Pick one.
